I tried to get them to move on to a more commercially supported product about 7 years ago but politics are over powering. I moved it to a Vista 32 bit machine and it launched without an issue and we have never had to run an install for this to work. I agree that it should be replaced but unfortunately out of my hands. I could just that employee run on Vista 32 but that is a temporary solution for the long run anyway. I'd set them up with 32bit and then push for that software to be replaced, slowly and methodically.
